Site Piping, Picking and Flushing Works
We perform the site piping and installation of the hydraulic and pneumatic systems after design and production, with care and within the contracted periods. By using ferrule (bush tight) connection up to Ø42 and welding connection after Ø42 , we perform the installation connections with as less fittings as possible and without letting any losses and leakages. Moreover the piping route and diameters are selected according to the system requirements. Along with the functionality, we apply installation and piping with care for aesthetic and providing easy intervention when necessary. If requested, we also make the stainless steel piping with ferrule (bush tight) or welding.
Pickling and flushing operations are the cleaning of the hydraulic pipe installation with special chemicals and oil after the completion of the hydraulic piping installation and mounting, before the commissioning of the system. Pickling operation is made more for the pipes with bad inner surfaces. Pickling operation is a long and labouring process. The upper layer of the pipe surface is eventually worn with low rated acidic solutions. Then, the pH level is brought to normal and action against oxidation is taken with neutralization and passivation operations. It is seen that the rusty, dirty pipe surfaces turn into silver metallic colour after pickling operation.
Although the pipes used in the installations are pipes with oil stoppers, the inner surface quality and cleaning in piper with large dimensions are not at the desired level. Particles are tried to be removed by circulating hot and high flow oil from the inner surface of the pipe. This operation is repeated until the inside of the pipe reaches to the desired cleaning level. The targeted cleaning is checked to determine whether it is at the desired level by examining with special particle counting devices and/or at laboratory after taking samples. Our customers are given the test reports and the hydraulic system is brought ready for commissioning.
With our flushing unit with the total store volume of 2500 lt and pump flow of 1250 lt/min, we provide these services. It is possible to hire out the flushing unit upon request.
